Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and can replace the drum.

If you want to return or replace the drum, please contact us within 7 days after the shipment delivery.

After receiving a response from us, send the drum back within 7 days after receiving the response.

 

Non-returnable products

Special pre-orders cannot be refunded as they are created individually for you.

Damaged instruments (defected, scratched) cannot be returned either.

 

Return conditions

In order to return the products, the shipping costs are paid by the customer. Right after getting the shipment back, we will refund you the full amount of the purchase.

If the products reach us damaged (scratched, defected), the damage will be covered from the money before making a transfer to the buyer.

 

We do not accept cancellations of pre-orders

If you ordered the drum and it is already in the production process, the money will not be refunded if you change your mind.
